Our Work

Every building tells a story. Here's a look at some projects we're really proud of - spaces where sustainability meets design, and where people actually want to spend their time.

Waterfront Innovation Centre

Waterfront Innovation Centre

This was a fun one - a tech hub right on Lake Ontario. We managed to hit LEED Platinum while keeping those floor-to-ceiling views everyone wanted. The curtain wall system actually generates power, which still blows my mind.

Rosedale Passive House
Residential

Rosedale Passive House

A family home that's basically off-grid. The heating bills? Almost nothing. We worked with what the site gave us - southern exposure, natural windbreaks - and built around that.

King Street Heritage Conversion

King Street Heritage Conversion

1880s warehouse turned into mixed-use space. We kept the brick, the timber beams, even the old loading doors - but made it work for today. Took forever with the heritage committee but worth every meeting.

Queen West Retail Complex
Commercial

Queen West Retail Complex

Street-level retail with offices above. The challenge? Making it feel open to the street while dealing with Toronto winters. Our modular glass system lets them close it down or open it up depending on the season.

Muskoka Lake House
Residential

Muskoka Lake House

Client wanted modern, but the neighbors were all traditional cottages. We threaded that needle - clean lines and big windows, but used local stone and wood so it doesn't scream "city people."

Distillery District Office
Commercial

Distillery District Office

New construction in a historic area's tough. We went contemporary but kept the scale and materiality respectful. The green roof's become a lunch spot for the whole building - didn't plan that but happy accident.

Leslieville Laneway Suite
Residential

Leslieville Laneway Suite

800 square feet that lives like 1200. Lots of built-ins, double-duty furniture, and we stacked functions vertically. Small footprint but big on light and air flow.

Liberty Village Brewery Conversion
Heritage

Liberty Village Brewery Conversion

Old brewery turned creative workspace. Those massive windows were original - we just had to figure out how to insulate them properly. Left the steel trusses exposed because, honestly, why would you cover that up?

Scarborough Community Hub
Net-Zero

Scarborough Community Hub

Net-zero community center that actually hit net-zero in year one - doesn't always happen. Solar array, geothermal, the works. But the real win? It's become the neighborhood's living room.

Scarborough, ON 2023
High Park Family Renovation
Residential

High Park Family Renovation

Gut reno of a 1950s bungalow. Opened up the whole main floor, added a second story that doesn't look tacked on. They wanted "bright and airy" - skylights and a new window layout did the trick.
